No sky channels

We have no sky channel for apps . It keeps saying we need to upgrade our subscription. Which we have

@Clairehand  Sky Go is an app and as such does not support apps, are you seeing this issue on Sky Go?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
