@Janemck44  As this isn't a Broadband related issue your post has been moved

Do you have Sky+HD or Sky Q?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Janemck44
If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

Your post has been moved from the broadband board. Do you have Sky+ or Sky Q as the advice will be different depending on which one you have?

You've posted in the broadband section, is it Sky Q or Sky HD+ you have?

@Janemck44  You already raised this issue earlier and have received replies, youn don't need to create another thread for the same issue.

It would be helpful if you replied to your original thread so that the community can start to help you.

To repeat the earlier question …
Do you have Sky+ or Sky Q as the advice will be different depending on which one you have?

@Janemck44 I'm guessing you don't kmow whether you have Sky+ or Sky Q.

The image in this page shows a Sky Q box, if that helps: https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-q
