No Satellite Signal/Freezing

My sky connection keeps going off saying no signal or program keeps freezing

@Carol39  Your duplicate thread on the A essibility Board has been removed as you already created this thread, creating multuple posts about the same issue isn't helpful.

 

Can you clonfirm which TV Box this refers to Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky Stream.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
