New controller

Hi can we get a new control for out tv as the numbers do not work

@Deenab  Sky don't provide remote controls for your TV, they only provide them for the Sky supplied TV boxes as listed in @Daniel0210  post.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
