New contract

Why is it that I have upgraded my contract and most of my channels have gone, I only cancelled sky kids and hd, and even changed my broadband to sky. I now have **bleep** ads on Netflix and no sky Atlantic or sky max. I was mis sold products by a man I could barley understand. Not happy

@Mackymoomoo

If you had Netflix without adverts then by cancelling the HD packake this changes to Netflix with ads as you can see here with the packages:

Ultimate TV includes the Standard with Ads plan (2 screen + HD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard without ads (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)

You should still have access to Sky Atlantic and Sky Max in SD so have you tried accessing these channels ?

Cancelling HD means you now need to look for the SD versions of Atlantic and Max, both broadcast and on-demand.  Previously downloaded or recorded HD content from those and other subscription channels won't now play back.

You've presumably also been recontracted and so now have Netflix Standard with Adverts, which is the default unless the relevant Netflix upgrades are purchased through Sky.
