@Dezzyboy  Your post has been moved from the Sky Go Board as your issue has nothing to do with the Sky Go PC/Mobile app.

 

You would also need to advise the community what device you're watching Netflix on, Sky Q, Sky Glass, Sky Stream or your Smart TV's own apps.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
