Netflix

Why have I got someone else's Netflix account on my tv when I pay for premium Netflix not been able to watch it for months

You will need to contact Netflix themselves for help with this and once you have then you then need to change the password on the Netflix account:

It's saying contact sky directly for a package but I pack them for 1

If your sky account is already linked to another Netflix account, you need to contract Netflix and ask them to unlink your old Netflix account.

 

The link is all done on the Netflix end, there is nothing Sky can do.
