Netflix

Hello,

I'm streaming my Netflix through Sky now, and I can add 1 more for my Household, but the email address on my Netflix account is a completely random one, and I have no idea what the password is.  

Netflix works fine through Sky, but my partner can't add it to the TV upstairs. 

Any help would be appreciated!
