What does Netflix premium give you above the normal netflix

These are the packages:

Ultimate TV includes the Standard with Ads plan (2 screen + HD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard without ads (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)

This hasn't been the case for a while , to upgrade to Netflix Standard without ads or Netflix Premium are seperate charges

 Sky HD and Sky UHD packs don't upgrade it.
