Netflix not coming on

[Netflixissue]

I have to turn my tv and sky off and turn back on or I have a black screen from Netflix app 

it then comes on what's the remedy 

I've updated my apps

Which Sky hardware do you  have? Sky Q? Sky Stream puck? Sky Glass TV?
