Netflix included in my package but unable to activate

As per by account I have Netflix include but I am unable to login or active a Netflix account

What TV service do you have, Sky Q, Glass or Stream ?

I have a Sky+ account which icludes Netflix

A Sky+ box is not capable of having apps installed on it so what TV package do you have, Sky Signature or the Ultimate TV one, if the later you would need to upgrade your Sky+ box to a Sky Q one to access Netflix via it.
