Netflix help!

I'm new to sky and got netflix as part of the package. When I tried to set it up I was billed for it. Does anyone know how I set it up as part of my package? Thank you

You need to activate Netflix via Sky as per this:


https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix


Doing so will tell Netflix that Sky will take over the billing.
