Few things to try:
Go profile pic > get help? > Reload Netflix. This will clear the cache etc and you will need your username and password to log back in.
Assuming Glass or stream:
You can also reinstall the entire netflix app by going Setting > System Management> Resets and Updates > Apps. Selecting Netflix and reinstalled.
The other thing you can check is the speed your puck is getting. Again in netflix run the connectivity check from the same hell menu as above.
