Need help setting up

I have plugged in my new sky box and the white light is stable as suggested on the set up guide. What do I do now? How can I connect it?

Have you also connected it to your TV using an HDMI cable?

 

If you have and the TV hasn't automatically switched to the correct HDMI source you will need to switch your TV to the HDMI source corresponding to the HDMi socket you connected the puck to and then follow the on screen instructions.

@Summerhope   Which TV box do you have?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
