My SkyQ box can download all of the broadcast programmes in Matlock season one, episodes 1 to 19, but not episode 11. It isn't offered in any format that I can see.
Is this the same for everybody? Any suggestions for diagnosing the problem?

Also bear in mind, on my q box the rest of the series is available until day of Thursday is appearing (possibly in the morning)

With it likely to reappear with longer On Demand date e.g until May 2029 straight away, so they need to sort the missing episode 11 , isn't on Sky Stream/Glass either.
