Life After People (Sky History) Issue

Hi,

I'm trying to watch Life After People on Sky History on demand via Sky Stream.

The first few minutes of each episode is chopped off - no Sky ident, no credits, just crashes into the show without an explanation, and as a result the ad breaks are also misaligned, meaning it cuts into ad breaks mid-sentence, just after where the break should have been. 

If anyone that has an ear to them upstairs - can you get it re uploaded or whatever it is you need to do please?
