@Babs47  Based on the minimal info the community won't be able to help, you will need to provide much more info.

 

What are you trying to input your pin into?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Is this the PIN you enter on your remote, for buying Sky Sports Box Office, or watching 12, 15 or 18 rated programmes before 9pm? If so, you can reset it:

 

Sky Q:

  1. Press the Home button on your Sky remote.
  2. Scroll to the very bottom and select My Sky
  3. On the second row, select "Reset PIN".
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to set your new PIN. 

Sky Glass/Stream:

  1. Press the Home button on your Sky remote. 
  2. Scroll to Settings and press Select
  3. Scroll to Parental and press Select
  4. Scroll to PIN and press Select
  5. Select "Forgot PIN"
  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to set your new PIN.
