Issues with disney plus

This afternoon we have been signed out of our disney apps on our devices and unable to get back in on the app or web browser - we sign in and then get an error message saying something went wrong, please try later.

 

On the tv, when we select apps on sky, then choose disney, it loads - but then goes to a black screen with a white rectangle and the text: RequestTemporarilyBlockedException

 

an ideas?
