Which Sky TV platform do you have, Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass?
Do you get any kind of error message and at what stage is it not working, on launch or playing content within the app.
Might be worth restarting your Sky Q box or do a settings restart of your Sky Stream/Glass, depending on what you have.
