Freeview is digital terrestrial television transmitted from a local mast.

To receive this you'd attach an aerial to your television set and let it tune to the broadcast signal.
Whether that particular channel is carried on your local multiplex depends on your location.

This has nothing to do with either Sky Stream or Sky Go.

Freeview Play is the same as Freeview. It offers all the same Freeview channels plus the addition of an EPG which links to various apps for streaming on demand. All it requires is an aerial connection (and a broadband connection for streaming)

Weirdly, Racing Post Greyhound TV appears to be on Sky satellite (427) Freesat (250) and some Freeview broadcast multiplexes (271) but not as an IPTV stream into Freeview Play, perhaps because they have their own online output.
