Do you mean a "death bowler", if so that is someone who bowls right at the end of the batting teams innings, so in the case of The Hundred it will be someone who bowls the final 5 balls.

Yes you could be write,I hadn't,t thought of that, they all have this tendency to shorten everything, so it's comp! Def! Means death etc etc
