@Andy2031  Do you have Sky+HD or Sky Q?

 

Unless there is a loss of signal Sky wouldn't come out just to replace it given the limited life left in Satelllite TV in the UK.

 

If you have Sky+HD Sky won't provide any support as that is a legacy box no longer supported by Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

A local independent installer would replace it, at your own cost.

 

As @GD1 indicates, Sky will only do so if you are experiencing signal issues on Sky Q
