Hisense QLED tv keeps losing internet
Most of the programs on my Hisense QLED tv are not highlighted and if I go on catch up, keeps saying not connected to internet. It connects after several attempts, but the HDI channels saying not connected. Was all ok till 3 days ago, any ideas please as cannot watch the tv.

@Helen277 If you're having issues with Sky On demand platform then your TV nmake is completely irrelevent as you donpt use the TV to access On Demand, you must have a Sky provided TV box, therefore which one do you have? Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky Stream?
You post is also unrelated to Sky's Accessibility services where you originally posted this.
