HBO MAX ACCOUNT SETUP FAILURE

I’m trying to activate HBO Max via sky.com/activate-subscription/hbo-max. After entering my email on the HBO page, I get the error “Something went wrong”.

This is not a device or login issue — it appears that my HBO Max entitlement is not correctly attached to my Sky account.

Please can you refresh my HBO Max entitlement (remove and re-add it) so the activation can complete.
