Further to my earlier post above! I rang Sky Customer Services, took a few button presses but I was talking to a human within 5 minutes. Great guy called Mark, very patient. Apparently the problem was down to upgrades, and one faulty Puck, which is being replaced today. Everything was rebooted, a different Puck used, we have 3, and 🤞problem is resolved. We had trouble free viewing last evening. It also seems to have resolved the issue of speech delay between sound bar and programme. It took some time, patience and humour, but between us we did it. Thanks Sky.

Getting the same, so annoying, constantly have issues with Sky! So impossible to actually speak to someone too, I don't even bother trying anymore
