Unfortunately, we need more information.

Things to check first:

  1. Is it the fuse in the plug that is expiring or is a fuse being tripped in your main electrical fuse box?
  2. Can you plug your Sky device into another plug socket away from the original one?
  3. Can you plug something else in the original plug and does the fuse still get tripped in the fuse box?
  4. (Plug out and check: ) Is the cable all sealed and there's no cuts, tears or openings to the cable?
  5. Is it only the Sky device in any socket that is causing the issue?

If you answer "Yes" to 2 or 3, this is an electrical issue and you will need to contact a professional electrician to fix it. This is not a Sky issue.

If you answered "Yes" to 4, try another wire and see does that help. You can buy these cables from Amazon or PC World, etc. An example of a Sky cable is here: https:/wwww.amazon.coukkdppB07TTCN1FFF

If you answered "Yes" to 5, this is a Sky issue and you will need to arrange an Engineer Visit.
