Have you followed the steps for each to activate
Hbo max - https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-hbo-max
Disney plus - https://www.sky.com/help/articles/existing-disneyplus-customers-third-party
If you already have disney plus, it automatically stays on tier you were on, but you can later change tiers (recently downgraded to a lower tier of disney plus, and it worked fine)
