@Rw8 This may relate to a Sky outage issue that happened last night. There's a 96-page thread about it elsewhere on this forum. Presuming you have Sky Q, then reboot it by unplugging the Sky Q box at the mains, wait a minute, then plug it in again & follow the on-screen instructions. I did the same thing 10 minutes ago & my Sky Q box is now working.

Page 1 of the discussion seems to be creating an error. I don't think there was meant to be more than 100 pages in a single thread, so it glitched.

The answer to the thread was directing users to the the Service Checker at: https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus/tv.

The answer to the outage issue is what I posted: do a reboot, simple as that.
