We are customers here who help each other on here so you are not talking to Sky.

 

What services are you having installed as the date you have been given will be the earliest an engineer is available to setup whatever you are having from Sky.

@Mogt which service? If you mean Sky Broadband, you'll have the earliest possible date already.
