@purpleparrotuk I don't pay for that facility but similarly, sometimes watching on playback you don't get adverts.
So in this instance (and the same has happened previously with watching FBI & the Chicago's), the show will get to the first advert & just instantly return to the show but upon it's return, there is simply a blank screen but still with the sound.
I've then fast forwarded through & there is still no picture.
It seems to be a regular problem as there were lots of people having the same problems with FBI & the Chicago's previously, so it isn't isolated just to my set-up, I have two pucks, in two different rooms, connected to two different TV's & the same problem occurs at exactly the same point.
Sky eventually figure out what the issue is but it can take a fair few days to resolve it & don't inform you when they've resolved the issue, so it means you have to keep checking yourself to see when it's fixed.
It just becomes a bit annoying, especially when the next episode can be released before they've fixed the previous episodes problem but it is what it is.
