I can't log in to my Disney+ account, I've contacted Disney+ and they're saying contact sky, because the subscription is via them, but no one seems to be able to help. I know my username and password, but as soon as I log in, I get a message saying this! It's been months now and I'm having to pay extra through Disney+ themselves, just to watch a program on an app that's meant to be included. I've tried all my emails and they're all saying the exact same, that my sky account isn't linked, despite on my sky account saying that it is!!
