Good evening, I thought the  Disney + app was now included on my subscription, I'm afraid I can't get it to download

You cannot download apps to Sky hardware. Disney+ should automatically be available on the apps rail on both Sky Q and Sky Stream or Glass. 

Try using the voice remote and ask for Disney+ to see if the app opens. If it doesn't, power the box/TV off at the wall for a few minutes then power back on and allow to restart. Check your broadband network connection too.
