Disney

I have recently had Disney channel included with my subscription, however I cannot access it in one of my tv's even though I have multiroom subscription- how do I remedy this?

hi @DP43  which SKY system do you subscribe to ? (If you have SKY Q then it is multiscreen - or Whole Home with Glass/Stream)

 

What is the exact problem(s) you are getting when trying to use on the additional TV ?
