Disney plus

[PS2026]

I have left Sky TV in the last couple of days but can't manage my Disney plus account as it says manage through Sky but there is nowhere on the Sky app that it links through to as I no longer have Sky TV. How do I unlink Disney from Sky so that I can manage my Disney account? Thanks
