Disney plus won't work

My Disney plus app hasn't worked in around 8 weeks. Iv tried unplugging and resetting the puck. Iv reset apps. Contacted Disney plus who have said the error code doesn't exist with them and its a sky issue but I have no clue how to fix it. The error code is. 1058-CONSENT_SDK_INIT_FAILURE Its not fair as I'm paying for Disney plus but my son can't actually watch it
