Disney plus activation issues

Hi all, hoping someone can help or has experienced this. I have a Sky subscription with Disney+ included. When I press the activate Disney+ button through my Sky account, it goes through to Disney+ but immediately gives me an activation error: "It looks like there's an issue with your activation." It then loops back. I've tried multiple times and get the same result each time. I can't get past this screen to log in at all. I believe the issue is with the Sky-side activation token not linking correctly to Disney+, but I'm not certain. Has anyone experienced this and resolved it — and is there anything I can try myself, or does this need Sky to reset the entitlement on their end? Thanks in advance.
