I signed up to the free 9 months of discovery+ for sky VIP customers. Although I followed the link and steps given in the sky app, the 9 months free doesn't show on my account and no discount code was automatically applied. I am now on a 7 day free trial but wouldn't have created an account for that. Any advise on how to activate the 9 month offer?
