What a stupid system.

Thanks for advice.

Yes that is the case.

Please let us know if you managed to activate it and all is showing as activated fine again.

Once it's done, that is it, you have will not to do the activation again, unless moving to a different Sky platform.
It's all around some payment details swapover ( even if they are free) that your Sky account details get reset for any third party offerings.

The same happens for Netflix and Paramount+ when moving from Sky Q to Sky Stream/Glass.

How did you activate?  Are you paying for Discovery+ as a separate subscription? You may need to contact Sky to confirm

What Sky TV platform do you have, Sky Q or Sky Stream/Glass?

When you go to the Discovery + app on your Sky box, under accounts, does it say your Subscription is 'discovery + via Sky'

In your Mysky account via the MySky app or online, under Your products, is it showing Discovery+ entertainment as an active subscription pack?

Have you recently moved to Sky or moved your TV subscriptionto Sky Q or Sky Stream/Glass? If  this, it may just be some extra welcome emails from Sky, with a generic message.
