Commentators, Please stop broadcasting scores

I’m writing with a request for your valued assistance on a matter which affects many thousands of football fans who watch Premier league and Champions league games.

In Australia we pay a fair amount to

the streaming channel Stan Sports to watch full 90 minute matches in both of the above leagues.

The issue is that one particular commentator (Daniel Mann) interrupts his broadcast to announce the ongoing scores in games being played simultaneously. This is infuriating as it ruins the enjoyment that fans would experience by watching the recorded matches.

Would Sky please ask all it's commentators NOT to announce the ongoing scores in other matches

@Burnleyfan Do Stan Sports use Sky's broadcast or do they use the official Premier League broadcast? 

I'd have thought the latter (could be wrong)

I tried to get an answer from the Premier League but they were uncommital.

i'm sure however that someone in a senior position at Sky sports would have at least a modicum of influence on the broadcasts and commentators.

For my part I believe the only way to express an opinion or complaint is through Forums such as this

If it is a Sky commentator on a Sports broadcast you have an issue with, your best bet to get this passed into the relevant team by Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;

They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems.

@Burnleyfan  You mentioned in Australia?  Is there where you currently are?  If so this is a Community for Sky UK & Ireland and is unrelated to Sky TV in Australia/New Zealand.

@GD1 I think the OP believes that the Australian broadcaster uses the Sky Sports broadcast and commentary. Which, for some games, may well be the case. So it's a legitimate question to raise here even though they are not a Sky Sports (UK) customer.
