Re: Charged for disney
You posted to the Sky+ forum.
The bundled 'free' Disney+ is not available to Sky subscribers who are still using Sky+ HD

Please note, if you are currently on a disney tier above the 'standard with ads ', you would pay the difference between the tiers, but you could downgrade

Which Sky TV platform do you have if it's an old box but not Sky+, Sky Q or Glass (which isn't a box or old)?

Re: Charged for disney
Then, as stated above Sky+ boxes are incapable of receiving apps including Disney+.

A Q box maybe, but I'm not sure about including Glass in that as that's definitely not going to be free.

I was referring to the Glass TV, not the Disney app 😉

It probably hasn't: Sky is sending out generic communications about Disney+ and HBO Max while forgetting that their legacy satellite platform isn't included because it's 20 years old and has never been able to host apps.
