The channel 'AYOZAT' has disappeared since the channel line up which happened on 09/10/24. It was on number 186 and was supposedly being moved to number 179 but neither of these channel numbers are in my tv guide.
I've restarted/rebooted many times. Updated the software. Done a stage one reset. Nothing has worked.
I've contacted Sky just to be passed from department to department. They are supposedly aware of the issue and are 'getting back to me'
This is a joke!
All my future recordings on this channel have disappeared from my scheduled planner.
Does anyone have any knowledge to help because Sky can't!!!

But in reality Freeview launch August this year on Channelbox, However Satin TV would have overfall getting started better than replacing 179 Ayozat TV with a sky maintenance.

Presence in the Sky EPG or any other regulated programme guide requires the channel owners to hold a UK broadcasting licence from Ofcom.

@TimmyBGood Once Ayozat TV license is revoked, After checking ofcom complaints which will be given or cease broadcast television over the monthly updates.

As I write this, it's still currently available through manual tuning at:
Name: Ayozat TV
Label: 7609
Frequency: 11.523
Polarisation: H
Symbol Rate: 23.0
FEC: 2/3
Standard: DVB-S2
Modulation scheme: 8PSK
However, I do suspect it will stop broadcasting soon.

My point was more that 'Satin TV' does not appear to have such a license, and so could not request allocation of an EPG slot from Sky.
