Apps missing from Home screen

For the last 3 days my apps on the home screen have been missing. I have tried the app refresh and turning the whole system off and on again with no luck. Strangely my TV in another room with a Puc does have the apps!! Any help or suggestions please.

@KE-72-BW  Sky Go, where you have posted, does not support apps, Sky Go is itself a PC/Mobile app.

 

Can you clarify which TV box you're referring to Sky Q or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
