Mine is the opposite. Mini boxes don't work but the app works on main sky q box

Did the reset delete your recordings?

Hi. That sorted it for me. Reset box then go in again and reset apps. All worked except lost favourite settings.

Apple TV app not working on Sky. We have a Samsung Smart TV. Have tried everything-resetting, turn on/off etc. Any ideas please on how to rectify this? Thank you

Yesterday couldn't get onto Apple TV on the sky glass tv ( says not connected to internet) or the sky puck (atve error). Today I've managed to get the puck to connect but still can't get in on sky glass. Done the usual reset/refresh/unplug and re input WiFi details but still no joy!

Can not connect to Apple TV app. All other apps ok. See this has been an issue which you say is resolved. Er no it isn't ps I have reset everything several times.

Not us but Sky will as Sky don't provide any guarantees for 3rd party apps.

Ours is doing the same too. Started on Friday 11th Dec. We've done all of the reset and reconnect etc but it's still doing the same thing.
