Apple TV App

Hi I am trying to connect to Apple TV app on Sky Q. It was working last week and my subscriptions are up to date,

the message said it could not connect to the broadband router., but all the apps worked and my sky q box was connected,

I reset the sky q box, (Still not working) after a few attempts , I went back to step one I disconnected everything, and then started from scratch , fibre box switched on, then waited, then switched sky router on , waited and then switched sky q box on waiteden and the reconnected it to my sky router . So in my mind all connected , sky tv working all other apps working .But Apple TV not working, 
anyone Able to help, I want to watch the last episode on down cemetery road

The issues were fixed in the last couple of days which is why it has now been locked.
