Amazon fire stick

I have just purchased an Amazon fire stick to allow me to watch Now TV but when I try to download the app it says to contact the creator and as Sky developer can you help

You would be best speaking to Now TV not Sky https://www.nowtv.com/

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Where are you trying to download it from?

 

Press the Apps button on the remote and navigate to the orange 'AppStore' tile.
