Wont let me login to Netflix

My sky q went live last week I've been trying to login to Netflix but every time I click on the app is says this app is unavailable at the moment try again later has been saying that for a week now.

Have you correctly Activated it?  Assume you gave taken Netflix through your Sky subs.\

Hi @TwinPee   Have a look in Settings -> System info and let me us know the Software version.

Soft ware version is 6.34.1.53

Is that Sky Q? That version number isn't Q software.

Activating Netflix

Still not been able to activate Netflix and when I try to call customer service never get through to the right people. Can someone help I've been paying for Netflix twice now for 3 months
