Access to Netflix

For some reason we can't seem

to be able to play Netflix through Sky even though we have it included as part of our package. It says our profile lock is on and is asking for a PIN. None of our obvious PIN numbers seem to work and when I follow the prompts to reset it, it asks me to set up a new plan with payment so I stop the process.

can you help?

thanks

Normally if you have forgotten your profile pin and click on forgotten pin,  it will ask you for your Netflix login credentials.

As it mentions here;

Might be worth contacting Netflix to reset it, contact details at bottom of that link.
