Sky won't have any way to provide that.
Personally I'd suggest getting in touch with the individual concerned: a postal address is easily extrapolatable from publicly available information.

Thank you. I have contacted them directly and they can't help.
Just to give me a little more understanding; do Sky keep these programmes but not make them accessible? The BBC will let you pay for a DVD to be made of archived programmes- around £60 per episode I believe.

Where the person requesting the copy is significantly featured in or made a substantial contribution to the production.
That's effectively complying with a Subject Access Request under GDPR: it's not intended to supply old content just because someone unrelated to the material wants to see it.
e.g. credited as a performer, writer, guest or production team member. This does not include studio audience members or those seen only in a crowd scene or group.
