Access Old Archived Programme

Hi!

I’m trying to find Why England’s F****d featuring Francis Fulford, aired on Sky One around 9pm Mon 28th November as mentioned in this archive:

Is there a way to access this? I am willing to pay for it.

I am a huge fan of everything the family has ever released and this is the only programme I can’t find anywhere.

I would really appreciate if someone is able to help me or put me in touch with someone who can!

Sky won't have any way to provide that.

Personally I'd suggest getting in touch with the individual concerned: a postal address is easily extrapolatable from publicly available information.

Thank you. I have contacted them directly and they can't help.

Just to give me a little more understanding; do Sky keep these programmes but not make them accessible? The BBC will let you pay for a DVD to be made of archived programmes- around £60 per episode I believe.

Where the person requesting the copy is significantly featured in or made a substantial contribution to the production.

That's effectively complying with a Subject Access Request under GDPR: it's not intended to supply old content just because someone unrelated to the material wants to see it.

e.g. credited as a performer, writer, guest or production team member. This does not include studio audience members or those seen only in a crowd scene or group.

Thank you for that. So is there an equivalent of this for Sky ie. if the person in the programme requests and pays for it?
