16 digit Disney code ?

I can't acces my Disney plus account on one of my devices which I pay through sky.  I have been asked to provide a 16 digit code to Disney so they can link my account,however my account is already linked on one tv but Disney say i must have used a different email but I only have the one. 

Can anyone help ?
