turning on and off number withheld, or x directory to call someone that blocks withheld numbers

We are trying to reach someone in america, we are X directory and have number withheld on our line, but this person in the USA has an automatic system that blocks number withheld calls on it. Is there a way to temporarily show our number so we can get through please? Thanks in advance for any help

Thank you for your help, I have tried this. I couldn't get this to work on a call to the USA, the withheld number blocker still blocked the number. Thanks again.
